Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to help deliver world-class branding work for a selection of our key clients.

Reporting into an Account Director or the Client Service Director, you’ll be a trusted advisor for your clients, offering strategic and creative advice. You’ll support your Account Director in the successful delivery of all branding, brand activation and digital projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Actively building client relationships and running meetings with clients
  • Supporting your Account Director in the management of pitch preparation for new business opportunities and in the development of new business proposals and tenders
  • Working with your Account Director to ensure weekly financial forecasting for your client accounts
  • Developing accurate proposals and budgets
  • Taking client briefs and writing internal client briefs
  • Efficient planning and management of your projects from brief through to execution
  • Reviewing creative and strategic work and proactively suggesting improvements
  • Ensuring work developed for your clients is on-brief and of a high quality
  • Assisting your Account Director to manage the Account Executive(s) in your team ensuring they are happy and motivated
  • Presenting relevant market knowledge to your clients and the internal teams

  • Experience of working on global brands
  • Experience of working on brand strategy, brand identity and brand activation projects
  • Integrated experience across design, print and – ideally – high-end events
  • To speak and write brilliantly
  • To be highly design literate
  • To understand the unique requirements of working for a small agency
