Senior Account Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to help our clients achieve the improbable.We believe Client Services is the heartbeat of the agency. We need someone that will nurture relationships internally and externally to allow everyone to do their best work.
You will lead projects and support the wider team across brand creation, rebrands and implementation. You’ll get involved from day one and will build strong internal relationships. You’ll collaborate with strategists, writers, designers and artworkers, relishing input and challenging yourself. You’ll be client-facing, able to nurture strong client relationships and support the team to help grow accounts.
You are already an established Senior Account Manager or Account Manager ready to take the next step.
You are a strategic thinker, with a passion for brands and an ability to put yourself in our client’s shoes to think about what’s the best solution for their brand.
You adopt work with a ‘Founder Mentality’ and are proactive and innovative in your thinking and style.
You have strong relationship skills, are able to build solid internal and external relationships and flex your style as required.
You are proactive and solutions focused, able to pre-empt challenges, suggest appropriate solutions and be continually adaptable.
You are organised, able to juggle multiple projects, manage your own time and studio resource to ensure project timelines are met.
You are a team player, raring to get stuck in to help out however needed.
You have sound financial skills, are able to build project plans that are financially solid and stay on top of your numbers and reporting.
You’ll have some experience of digital projects and be keen to continue learning, embracing new technologies, software and ideas.
You’re as comfortable thinking big as you are being in the detail.
You are passionate about branding and design.
SALARY
From £40,000 depending on experience
