You are already an established Senior Account Manager or looking to take the next step as an Account Director.
You are a strategic thinker, with a passion for brands and an ability to put yourself in our client’s shoes to think about what’s the best solution for their brand.
You adopt work with a ‘Founder Mentality’ and are proactive and innovative in your thinking and style.
You will have experience working across a range of branding projects from small start ups to big international companies.
You feel comfortable having challenging conversations and push yourself and your team to always get the right results.
Ideally you will have some people management experience, knowing how to manage, motivate and challenge your direct report(s) to get the best results.
You have excellent relationship skills and are able to adapt your approach depending on the audience.
You’re as comfortable thinking big as you are being in the detail.
