About our internships

Don’t feel like ‘the intern’, feel like part of a team. 

Whatever your forte, you’ll get to work alongside our Design, Writing, Strategy and Client Partnership teams to understand what they do and how we work together across projects. You’ll observe, and be involved in, every stage of the process.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. Every day we engage with every department to learn from and inspire one another. And it’s no different for our interns. We hope by the end of your time here, you’ll have gained a sense of what your path could be in a creative agency.

The internship is a minimum of 4 weeks. It’s full time (5 days a week / 20 days per month), in person, at our studio in Farringdon. 

We offer £100 – £125/day for your time and contribution.

About you

Difference excites you. You’re naturally curious and are constantly on the lookout for ways to expand your mind. 

Obviously, you’re full of passion. It could be any kind of design discipline, writing, collaboration, organisation or just facilitating a creative process from start to finish. 

That creativity may be backed up by skills - be it software (Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, animation), communication, collaboration, time management and / or research skills. Or maybe it's something we haven’t thought about before but could benefit from.

Education in a relevant field or a portfolio are helpful but these are not required for you to join our internship programme. We just want to hear about your ideas.

Step 1
Apply

Introduce yourself, tell us what you’re passionate about and share what you’re hoping to learn from an internship with us. Please include your CV, and if you’re applying for a creative role, share your portfolio or a few examples of your work.

Step 2
Preliminary Call

If you’re shortlisted, we’ll invite you to a 30 minute call with a member of our People & Culture team or a lead from the internship programme. This is an informal conversation to get to know you better. We’ll chat about your interests, where you’d like to grow, and what you’re hoping to get out of the internship. We’ll also tell you more about how our internship programme works and answer any questions.

Step 3
Selection & Offer

We’ll carefully review all shortlisted applicants against our criteria, taking into account potential, passion, and alignment with our values. We aim to create a programme that’s diverse, inclusive, and impactful. Once decisions are made, we may have a follow up conversation to confirm timing, availability and an official offer to join the team.
