You’re a relationship builder. Internally and externally. Developing a strong strategic understanding of your clients, their businesses, and what they value most from Ragged Edge. You’re a natural leader. The linchpin between creative, commercials, and the client. You’re hands-on, in the details, and driving decisions. And you’re always listening for the next opportunity, ready to take relationships to the next level.
About the role
You'll become an extension of the client’s team: the person with the context, the instinct, and the answers, or who at least knows exactly who to ask.
You go beyond the day-to-day and turn status updates into genuine conversations about where the account, and the client's business, is heading next. You listen deeply and spot opportunities to enhance the relationship.
You'll turn client conversations into sharp, actionable briefs. Translating what they need into something the creative team can run with, without having to fill in the gaps themselves.
You'll keep spotting opportunities to grow your accounts before they're obvious, and you'll bring ideas forward rather than waiting to be asked for them.
You’ll be ambitious and hungry to learn from those around you as well as helping to drive the day to day and push the team to continuously improve.
You'll use AI and smarter ways of working to stay ahead of the admin, so your energy goes into the relationships and the creative work, not the processes around it.
And you'll keep building the strategic understanding and commercial instincts that will take you from managing accounts to leading them.
Who we’re looking for
You've got a solid grounding in client and project management, and you're hungry for more ownership. You hold the details and the bigger picture at the same time. And you're not afraid to ask the difficult question when it needs asking, or to push back when something doesn't add up.
You want a role that stretches you toward leading relationships, not just running projects.
Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to help build one of the best Client Partnerships teams in the industry.
We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive environment where everyone feels appreciated for who they are and supported in their personal and professional growth. We encourage applications from people who may not necessarily 'fit' the typical client services mould. We're looking for people who think differently, because we do too.
While we have a flexible approach to remote working, we have a studio-first culture, with everyone on the team spending a minimum of 24 hours (roughly 3 days) a week in the studio.

We want every person to feel as comfortable as possible in this process so here’s a run-down of how it might look and feel.
If there are any doubts you have or any adjustments you need, please just let us know.
Step 1
Online submission
Start by introducing yourself and your experience, explaining why you want to join our team. Please include your CV, and, if you’re applying for a creative role, some examples of your work.
Step 2
Getting to know you
If you’ve caught our attention, we’d love to jump on a call. This will be with a member of the People & Culture Team. A chance for us to get to know you better and understand what it is that excites you most.
Step 3
In-person interview
At this stage, you’ll meet with a relevant Team Head or Manager at our London studio. Giving you a feel for Ragged Edge in the flesh. Here we want to catch a glimpse of how you think and your approach to work, so please bring along some examples to speak through.
Step 4
Final creative share
Following a phone check-in and briefing, you’ll be invited back to our studio to present your creative share. This is an opportunity to take us deeper into your thought processes. As well as the successes and missteps that got you here. Collaboration is key, so we’ll invite 5 or 6 members of different teams to join you in the room too.
Hints for difference
Be authentically you
Your ways of thinking mean more to us than where you worked last. We’re looking for talent at its most genuine.
Know your work
No one does better than you. Prepare to go deep into how you formed an idea or reached a conclusion. We want to be taken along for those rides.
Stay curious
We don’t find difference when we go with the flow. We find it when we ask difficult questions. Think about what you want to know from us and why.
Help us help you
Less of a hint, more of an ask. But could we have done better? Let us know in the feedback sessions. We love to listen.
