Senior Client Partner

You don’t wait for opportunities to appear. You create them. You know your client’s business as well as they know it themselves. Learning what drives their growth, what keeps them awake at night, and where they’re trying to take things next. Clients trust your judgement because you understand their world, not just your own.

About the role

Your role isn’t simply to deliver projects. It’s to maximise the long-term value of every client relationship, for both the client and Ragged Edge. That means leading commercially as well as creatively.

You’ll become a trusted advisor. Understanding your clients’ businesses, ambitions, and stakeholders so well that they involve you before a brief even exists. You’ll create brilliant briefs, challenge thinking, shape opportunities, and give our creative teams everything they need to produce exceptional work without having to fill in the gaps for themselves.

You’ll proactively grow accounts with confidence. Identifying opportunities before they’re obvious, negotiating fees with the conviction of someone who genuinely understands the value on the table, and building relationships that extend well beyond your day-to-day project contacts.

You’ll embrace AI and smarter ways of working. Cutting out low-value admin, and freeing up more time for strategic thinking, relationship-building, and commercial growth.

And you’ll contribute beyond your own accounts, helping us win new business, strengthen our reputation, and continually raise the standard of Client Partnerships across Ragged Edge.

You’re someone clients genuinely value having in the room. You ask brilliant questions, listen carefully, and connect dots others miss. You bring ideas, not just updates, and you solve problems before they’ve become problems.

You’re commercially curious and naturally entrepreneurial. You understand that every interaction is a chance to deepen trust and create value. You care about details because they matter, but you never lose sight of the bigger picture.

Salary

From £65,000 depending on experience.

Online submission

Start by introducing yourself and your experience, explaining why you want to join our team. Please include your CV, and, if you’re applying for a creative role, some examples of your work.

Getting to know you

If you’ve caught our attention, we’d love to jump on a call. This will be with a member of the People & Culture Team. A chance for us to get to know you better and understand what it is that excites you most.

Step 3
In-person interview

At this stage, you’ll meet with a relevant Team Head or Manager at our London studio. Giving you a feel for Ragged Edge in the flesh. Here we want to catch a glimpse of how you think and your approach to work, so please bring along some examples to speak through.

Step 4
Final creative share

Following a phone check-in and briefing, you’ll be invited back to our studio to present your creative share. This is an opportunity to take us deeper into your thought processes. As well as the successes and missteps that got you here. Collaboration is key, so we’ll invite 5 or 6 members of different teams to join you in the room too.
