Unmind is on a mission to create mentally healthy workplaces where employees can flourish. With 2.5 million users across 110 countries, they’d already had a huge impact.
But their ambition was much bigger. To help more people at an individual level, they needed to change perceptions at an institutional level. And show businesses the value of investing in wellbeing at work.

To scale its impact, the brand needed to change minds. From mental wellbeing as a workplace perk, to an investment that measurably impacts individuals, leaders and organisations. Working with the Unmind leadership team, we framed the business as a platform for cultural change. Wellbeing that works.


Create
Unmind is now a beacon of truth in a sea of sameness. With a brand identity where human passion is backed up by statistical proof.

Verbal identity
Campaign-style typography and an assertive tone of voice work together to celebrate mental health instead of apologising for it.


UI
Proof comes through in the UI. Where statistics and real-time data visualisation, pulled from the scientific world, tap into how people are feeling at that very moment.
Commit
The Unmind team embraced the new brand, delivering both the proof and the passion in campaigns, events, and across the product experience.

The different reality
In the months following the rebrand, Unmind secured an additional investment round, taking their total funding to $74.2 million. And In March 2025, Fast Company named Unmind as one of the Top 10 Most Innovative Companies for Workplaces, highlighting its contributions to workplace mental health.
Like minds
The team at Unmind turned from clients into collaborators to create a brand that could truly live inside and outside the business. A heartfelt thanks to Nick, Steve, Ben, Kim, Oliver, Max, Elliott, Steffan, Ross, Gavin and Leonie.
