Business Development Director
We’re looking for an experienced leader in New Business to drive success winning new clients, expanding opportunities and unlocking the next level of growth for our agency.
The role will be for an initial 12 month period to cover maternity leave, starting April 2025.
Salary: From £85k depending on experience.
Reporting into one of our co-founders, you’ll work closely alongside our Head of Brand & Partnerships who leads our marketing and plays a key role in new business development. This role is more than just building a pipeline, it’s about driving our vision forward.
You will:
Be the driving force behind winning net new business and meeting our growth targets, helping to expand our client portfolio in line with our strategic goals
Co-create and evolve our new business strategy ensuring we unlock fresh opportunities
Qualify new business opportunities, identify high-potential clients, craft compelling proposals and lead contract negotiations
Track and measure new business performance, identifying future opportunities and adapting our approach to ensure sustained growth
Live and breathe our changemaker approach, communicating it with maximum effect to both clients and the wider industry
Collaborate with our wider team to help shape and manage our product offering and new business process, supporting and guiding the team to ensure smooth execution of our strategy
Develop a deep understanding of our client audience, providing valuable insights that inform our strategy and ensure we’re constantly evolving to meet their needs
Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and speaking engagements, representing the agency and building connections that open doors to new business
You’ll be somebody who thrives in creating change and is comfortable with challenging the status quo, in pursuit of the best results
You’ll embody our ‘changemaker’ mindset and are ready to make an impact from day one
You’ll have had experience working in a creative agency, or similar, with a proven track record of actively driving revenue growth and delivering results
You’ll have the ability to seamlessly manage multiple moving parts, with excellent attention to detail
You have natural talent for building connections, you’ll expand our network and leverage your own established relationships to unlock new growth opportunities
You’ll be a natural leader who thrives on collaboration, passionate about the future of the industry and eager to make your mark, both within our agency and across the wider business landscape

While we have a flexible approach to remote working, we have a studio-first culture. With everyone on the team spending a minimum of 24 hours a week in the studio.
