Studio Manager
We’re looking for a Studio Manager who will be at the heart of everything we do, ensuring our studio runs smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose. From managing daily logistics to supporting the team with admin tasks, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running seamlessly.
You’ll work closely with the entire team to create an environment where creativity and productivity thrive. Whether it’s assisting with scheduling, organising events, or welcoming clients to the studio, you’ll bring energy, intention, attention to detail and a focus on making things easier for everyone.
Personal assistant duties will be an essential part of your role, where you’ll work closely with our co-founder to help him remain organised, prepared, and focused on what matters most. This includes managing his calendar, scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements and ensuring his days are structured efficiently, preparing materials or information in advance.
Beyond studio management, you’ll help shape and nurture our culture by fostering an environment where people feel valued, supported, and inspired. Whether it’s organising team initiatives, fostering open communication, or finding ways to bring people together, you’ll contribute to building a positive, inclusive and collaborative studio environment.
As the first point of contact for the studio, you bring an infectious energy that sets the tone for a welcoming and positive environment. Whether it’s greeting clients, coordinating with the team, or handling phone enquiries, your approachable and upbeat demeanor ensures every interaction is a great one.
You are skilled at managing diaries and supporting leadership, and you’re excited about the opportunity to anticipate needs and handle day to day logistics that keep the team focused on their priorities.
With your proactive approach, you’re able to juggle multiple tasks with ease and anticipate challenges before they arise.
You’ll thrive in an environment that’s constantly evolving – someone who’s adaptable, proactive, and always ready to tackle the next challenge.
