Our brief

Cotton Thompson Cole offer commercial construction and property consultancy for a wide range of sectors. But in a crowded market full of specialists, they’d always struggled to communicate the breadth of what they do.


In a category where everybody offers something slightly different, Cotton Thompson Cole are unique. They offer a reliable, end-to-end service. A powerful point of difference for clients struggling to understand who they can trust, and the complexities of what any project might require. So our Brand Idea became ‘From Plan to Reality’.

Naming & visual identity

Everybody knew them as CTC. As a name it was shorter, snappier and more memorable. So we made it official.

The Brand Idea came to life in a three dimensional logo that emerges from a blueprint. The colours and typography reimagine the category’s traditional cues, creating a brand that is innovative, yet rooted in hard won expertise.


The website was designed around a set of user journeys aimed at making CTC’s full range of services easy to digest.
