Our brief

As part of the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s prestigious End of Summer Party, Grey Goose was invited to put on a night club at Woodside, Sir Elton John’s home in Windsor. We were asked to create a concept for the club and manage the guest experience.

The club

We created a futuristic French night club called La Nuit des Étoiles. Hosted by Sir Elton John and David Furnish, 350 guests, including Elizabeth Hurley, Sir Ian McKellen and James Blunt, partied to a FatBoy Slim live set.

We worked with NP+Co to bring our design to life. The club was concealed by mirror baffles, adding a layer of mystery to the arrival. A flock of silver geese led guests into the venue which used lasers and innovative lighting to create a remarkably immersive experience.

Bottle to table experience

Working with the Grey Goose Brand Ambassador, we developed a collection of unique bottle to table cocktails, aimed at elevating the night club serve. In addition we created a range of POS, including glow in the dark acrylic menus, hampers full of bottled cocktails and much more.

LED dresses

We commissioned Studio XO to create a set of LED wearable sculptures that were worn by the night club hostesses who delivered the bottles. The sculptures responded to sound and movement, giving the club a living heartbeat.
