Our brief
Future Cities Catapult are a government funded organisation who are working to solve the problems that cities face now and in the future. They asked us to create a website that would act as a catalyst for conversations with city leaders, universities and innovative SMEs.
Strategy
Each of these audiences had distinctly different needs. Our approach was to define a series of key personas and work with the client to understand their objectives. Once we knew this, we were able to create bespoke user journeys for each audience group and use them to define the site’s architecture.
Website design & build
Our design approach focussed on delivering complex, varied content in a way that felt simple to the user. The back-end had to be hard-working too. We integrated the site with their SalesForce CRM and developed a bespoke Content Management System to allow the organisation to efficiently deal with hundreds of diverse enquiries on a daily basis.
