Overview

Taste By Appointment reinforces Grey Goose’s positioning as the World’s Best Tasting Vodka by helping consumers discover their own personal taste. We delivered a series of events in the UK, then created a comprehensive toolkit that enabled the campaign to be executed by local markets anywhere in the world. At the time of writing Taste by Appointment has been delivered over 150 times across the US, in Mexico, Dubai, Israel and Russia.

Events

We delivered 30 Taste By Appointment events in 12 months, for consumers, media and influencers and corporate guests. Venues included the Savoy, The Gilbert Scott, Bread Street Kitchen and many others. We then put on a series of global test events in Miami.

Website & app

The campaign website featured a bespoke e-commerce ticket engine that fed through into pre and post event communications, including each guest’s bespoke cocktail recipe. To broaden the reach of the campaign, we created an app that enables users to discover a cocktail perfectly suited to their personal taste.

Social Media

Live personal taste consultations on Facebook and Twitter enabled us to create bespoke cocktails for hundreds of consumers. This dramatically extended the reach of the campaign, with 91% of those who received a cocktail going on to like, retweet or reply.

Printed communications

Luxury invitations were sent to key influencers, while all guests received a variety of printed collateral.
